One of my favorite times of the year, Fall!  And to be able to enjoy Autumnal splendor amongst these old
sugaring maples on the ranch where I ride horses, is really something to look forward to each year.  These
old maples are then tapped in March for syrup and wow! is that good.  The forest colors are so intense it seems
like you're on fire as you pass by the maples. And the smells!  Incredible!
